Job Summary
This role is extremely electrifying because you will develop and deliver creative verbal concepts, to help bring our three brand new CBD product lines to life - by unfolding their personality and character from scratch. This exciting position requires someone with an eagerness for high conversational writing within the parameter of content, presentations, products, campaigns, emails, websites, video, and social platforms. You will work cross with Digital, Brand Communication, Creative leads, Customer Strategy, Project Management, Legal and our Founder. We are looking for an experienced, articulate, and stellar talent that solves marketing challenges with concise and purpose- driven messaging. You must be high optimizing and collaborative, work to be perceived as a reliable and engaging expert - ultimately working to guarantee the messaging success of any initiative you contribute to. You’ll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing company utilizing the latest technology and sciences, in our new found love of CBD. You will utilize your passion for conceptual thinking, research, and exceptional writing skills to create and deliver crisp copy for both online and other needs.   • Be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about our products, services, and industry happenings.
  • Develop integrated experiential marketing campaign ideas into compelling written full creative presentations - writing must be both creative and strategic in tone and content
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.
  • Edit copy for message clarity, flow, consistency, grammar, brand voice, and tone
  • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
  • Checks concepts against the creative brief to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives
  • Ensures the quality, craft, and implementation of all work done on projects.
  • Be a powerful and persuasive presenter, with the ability to confidently and strategically present our ideas to internal stakeholders and the team
  • Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
  • Help lead and inspire ideation sessions
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate creative ideas with Account, Marketing, Sales, Production, Design Teams, and Legal teams.
  • Understand the need to work with a high sense of urgency, deliver under pressure and showcase an ability to perform under very tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5+ Years developing highly branded
    and compelling headlines, copy and creative concepts; experience in an advertising or marketing agency preferred.
  • Deep understanding and passion for Experiential Marketing.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Proven knowledge of the principles of graphic design and typography is a plus
  • Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members
  • Professional attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands simultaneously
  • Having an entrepreneurial mentality is a must
  • Must have an advanced/ expert understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
